Our seminars are fun and informative!   They are great forums for learning new trends, enhancing your skills, exchanging ideas with fellow professionals and gaining new insights into the problems our clients now deal with.

Students in social service programs or individuals interested in counselling as a possible career are welcome!

The Head, Heart & Soul Counselling Model is our company’s namesake.

Developed by Trish Scott in the mid 1990’s, this approach to client work has been taught in post-secondary addiction studies programs, training workshops for addiction professionals and is available in book format for long distance learning.   This counselling model is certified by the Canadian Addiction Counselling Certification Federation.

It has proven highly effective for clients suffering with depression, anxiety, addiction, abuse histories and criminal justice issues.  One of its greatest benefits is that no matter the client concern, individuals are able to recognize themselves in the model description and quickly ‘self identify’ areas of concern.  It actively involves clients in their own healing process and provides a map they can continue to use for the balance of their lives.
